Returns & Replacements
Our returns policy is simple and straight forward.
We will happily accept returns within 14
days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and
unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original
packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in
fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on
the item. Please therefore use adequate packaging to protect the goods
during transit of its return.Simply fill in the returns form on the back
of the invoice, indicating what you are returning and the reason and
send it back to us at: email@example.com
Customers please make sure if you have reason to return goods to us your parcel clearly states that it is an unwanted item you are returning and any duty has already been paid. This will ensure that your returned goods are not held in UK customs, which could otherwise result in delays in processing your refund.
Exchanges & Charges
We can exchange your order if you would prefer a different colour or type, as long as the item in question is in stock and any difference in price is paid. Please email or call. Our contact details are on the website. In the case of exchanges, you will be responsible return and for the a re-delivery. The redelivery charge will be at our standard rate. We will, of course, refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is faulty.
In the event that there is a manufacturing fault or if you believe an item to be faulty in any other respect, or it is not the item you have ordered, we are happy to offer a full refund. There are many definitions of faulty. If the item has obviously been used and abused, we will not issue a refund.
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) should be obtained when returning any item.
Any refunds will be made only to the buyers’ card which was used for the original purchase.
